Edicto Doña Cristina Pousa Blasco, Secretaria del Juzgado de lo Mercantil núm.1 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), Anuncia: 1.º Que en el Concurso Voluntario número 388/2013, por auto de 15 de octubre de 2013, se ha declarado en concurso de acreedores a la mercantil Servicios de Marketing Koler, S.L., CIF: B-80632698; Gestión Integral Inmobiliaria Koler, S.L., CIF: B-81521312, y Ciudalanz, S.L., CIF: B-36931939 cuyo centro principales de intereses lo tiene en Madrid. 2.º Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de los Administradores concursales, mediante su autorización o conformidad. 3.º Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la Administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC.
