El Juzgado de lo Mercantil Número 1 de Sevilla, en Cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC) Anuncia. 1°._ Que en el procedimiento número 483/2008, por Auto de 13 de enero de 2.009, se ha declarado en concurso necesario al deudor Obranda Sociedad Limitada, con el C.I.F. B-41903048 y domicilio en Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla), Avenida de los Descubrimientos 1, Circuito 1, 1ª Planta, Oficina 16. 2°._ Que el deudor ha sido suspendido en el ejercicio de las facultades de Administración y disposición de su patrimonio, siendo sustituido por la administración concursal. 3°._ Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la Administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
