En cumplimiento del Real Decreto 3/09, de 27 de marzo, en relación con la disposición transitoria 2.ª la publicidad en el BOE será gratuita para el auto de archivo por inexistencia de bienes y derechos del presente procedimiento concursal, de conformidad a la nueva redacción dada al art. 23.1 de la LC.
