El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 2 de Bilbao, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1.- Que en el procedimiento número 783/2014, NIG n.º 48.04.2-14/022892, por auto de fecha 16/10/2014 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Xempelar Express, S.L., con CIF B95701355, con domicilio en calle Xempelar, n.º 8-10, bajo 2, Bilbao, y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Bilbao. 2.- Que en la misma resolución se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de la masa. 3.- Se ha acordado la extinción de la persona jurídica deudora, procediendo el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento al citado Registro. 4.- Se ha acordado asimismo la remisión al Ministerio Fiscal de testimonio de la resolución, copia del inventario y de la lista de acreedores, y del escrito de subsanación por si los hechos pudieran ser constitutivos de un delito de insolvencia punible.
