Don Juan Fernando Montero Manchado, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción 1 y Mercantil de Cáceres, Anuncia: Que en la Sección 1, Declaración de Concurso 0000147/2013, referente al concursado W. Suelo y Construcción 2000, S.L., por auto de fecha 18-12-2013, se ha acordado lo siguiente: 1.- Dejar sin efecto la fase de convenio acordada por auto de 15-10-2013, por no haberse presentado ninguna propuesta. 2.- Dejar sin efecto, consecuentemente, el señalamiento de la Junta de acreedores para el día 29-01-2014. 3.- Abrir la fase de liquidación del concurso a petición del deudor. 4.- Acordar la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. 5.- Se ha declarado disuelta la mercantil W. Suelo y Construcción 2000, S.L., con CIF B10261824, cesando en su función sus administradores, que serán sustituidos por la administración concursal. 6.- La misma resolución ha acordado la formación de la sección sexta del concurso para la calificación del mismo. Dentro de los diez días siguientes a la última publicación de este edicto, que está previsto anunciarlo en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, en el Registro Público Concursal y fijarlo en el tablón de anuncios de la oficina judicial, cualquier acreedor o persona que acredite interés legítimo, podrá personarse en dicha sección, alegando por escrito cuanto considere relevante para la calificación del concurso como culpable.
