El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 4 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 150/09, por auto de1 de abril de 2011 referente al deudor Viajes Irving, S.A. con CIF A78319498, se ha acordado, la conclusión del concurso por la inexistencia de bienes. Segundo.- El cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y de disposición del deudor subsistentes. Tercero.- Cabe la posibilidad de reapertura del concurso, si aparecen bienes o derechos ante este Juzgado en el mismo procedimiento y al solo objeto de la liquidación concursal. Por otro lado, el deudor queda responsable del pago de los créditos restantes. Los acreedores podrán iniciar las ejecuciones singulares en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare el nuevo concurso.
