Secretaria Judicial D/ña María José Hompanera González, del Juzgado Mercantil nº 6 de Barcelona HACE SABER: Que en los autos que se siguen en este Juzgado con el número 910/08-D se ha declarado el concurso voluntario de CIMENCORNER S.L.con C.I.F. B-60.863.438 y domicilio en C/ Bonvei, nº 40, 6-8, 2º1ª Barcelona, en el que se ha decretado el mantenimiento de las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio, que se tramitará por los cauces del concurso ordinario. Los acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará al Servicio Común Mercantil, sito en la Ronda de Sant Pere nº 41 5ª planta, de Barcelona, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde la última de las publicaciones edictales acordadas en el Auto de declaración del concurso de fecha 18 de marzo de 2009 firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demas datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende. Se deberán acompañar originales o copias autenticasdel título o de los documentos relativos al crédito.
