UTRERA CONSULTING, S.L., con CIF B-91.534.669, con domicilio social situado en Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), Avenida Juan Carlos I, número 13, local 1, y acuerdo simultáneamente la conclusión del concurso declarado por insuficiencia de masa activa, la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la deudora y la cancelación de su inscripción en los registros públicos que correspondan, con cierre de su hoja registral en el Registro Mercantil de Toledo, a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento conteniendo testimonio de la resolución firme.
