Edicto Don Joaquim Marco Pueyo, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado Mercantil 1 de Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos con el nº 575/2008, 577/08 y 579/08, sobre proceso concursal de la mercantil Trien Tres Sociedad Limitada, con NIF B-63073894, Encarnación Ruiz Soler con NIF 39261460T y Gloria Viñas Ruiz con NIF 46327179G, respectivamente, por auto de fecha 29 de abril de 2009 se ha declarado la finalización de la fase común de los presentes procedimientos concursales, abriéndose la fase de convenio. Se convoca Junta de acreedores que se celebrará el día 28 de julio de 2009, a las diez horas y treinta minutos, once horas y treinta minutos y once horas respectivamente, en la Sala de Vistas de este Juzgado, sito en Ciutat de la Justicia de Barcelona, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 111 de Barcelona (Edificio C, Planta 12). La Administración concursal deberá convocar a todos los acreedores que se encuentren en la lista definitiva, con una antelación de al menos quince días. Se pone en conocimiento de las concursadas y los acreedores que podrán presentar propuestas de convenio hasta 40 días naturales antes del día señalado para la celebración de la Junta.
