Doña María José Hompanera González, Secretaria del Juzgado Mercantil número 6 de Barcelona, Por el presente, hago saber: Que en el procedimiento de concurso voluntario tramitado bajo el número 170/2010 –B, se ha declarado mediante auto de fecha 14 de abril de 2010 el concurso de "Transportes Serfritrans, Sociedad Limitada", con CIF B-60167038 y con domicilio en Rubí (Barcelona), avenida Gaudí, s/n, nave 4, del polígono industrial "Camp Pi-Vilaroy", habiendo sido intervenidas las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado respecto de su patrimonio. Por la concursada se ha presentado propuesta anticipada de liquidación. Se ha designado como Administrador concursal a don Alejandro Benavente Antolín (Abogado), con domicilio en calle Santaló, 15, 1.º, 2.ª, de Barcelona. Se hace saber a los acreedores que en el plazo de quince días desde la publicación deben comunicar sus créditos al Servicio Común Mercantil, sito en Ciutat de la Justicia, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 111, edificio C, 13.ª planta, de Barcelona, ante el que igualmente deberán efectuarse las personaciones en forma en el procedimiento, con la debida asistencia letrada y representación por medio de Procurador, a los efectos de su inclusión en la lista de acreedores y ulterior reconocimiento y clasificación de conformidad con el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
