E D I C T O D. JESÚS JAVIER IGLESIAS MARTÍN, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Salamanca, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1.- Que en el procedimiento nº 149/19, por auto de fecha 24 de abril de 2019 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor TRAFFIC4U SPAIN, SLU con C.I.F. B-37472289 con domicilio social en Plaza de España nº 5-6 oficina 416,5 edificio España 37004 Salamanca, que coincide con el centro de sus intereses principales. 2.- Que simultáneamente en referida resolución se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa activa al amparo de lo dispuesto en el art. 176 bis 4 LC y, su archivo, con todos los efectos legales inherentes. 3.- Se ha acordado la extinción de la sociedad TRAFFIC4U SPAIN, SLU y la cancelación de la misma en el Registro Mercantil.
