Edicto. El Juzgado Mercantil n.º 1 de Pontevedra, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1. Se decreta la conclusión del presente concurso de acreedores de la entidad mercantil "Tisdoor, SLU", CIF B-36.549.947, domicilio polígono industrial, parcelas 7 y 8, en A Golada (Pontevedra). 2. Cesan las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición de la deudora. 3. Se aprueba la rendición de cuentas formulada por la administración concursal y el cese de los Administradores concursales. 4. Se acuerda la extinción de la entidad "Tisdoor, SLU" y el cierre de la hoja de inscripción en los Registros públicos correspondientes, a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento conteniendo testimonio de la resolución firme. 5. Notifíquese esta resolución a todas las partes personadas y a la administración concursal. Publíquese en el BOE y en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado. 6. Únase testimonio al expediente y llévese el original al legajo correspondiente. Modo de impugnación: Contra la presente resolución no cabe recurso alguno (art 177 de la LC).
