Edicto D.ª PAULA CRISTINA DE JUAN SALVA, Secretaria Judicial del JDO. DE LO MERCANTIL N.º 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, por el presente, HAGO SABER: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este Juzgado con el n.º CONCURSO 96/2011 se ha dictado a instancias de TERRARIS S.L en fecha 9/03/2011 AUTO DE DECLARACIÓN DE CONCURSO VOLUNTARIO del deudor TERRARIS, S.L., con CIF B30576771, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en c/ Ermita edificio Namansa, 19, bajo-1 del Puerto de Mazarrón, Murcia. 2.º Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición por la Administración conscursal. 3.º Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. Dicha comunicación deberá presentarse ante este Juzgado en el plazo de QUINCE DIAS a partir de la última fecha de publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, mediante escrito firmado por el acreedor, por cualquier otro interesado en el crédito o por quien acredite representación suficiente de ellos, y en que se expresará nombre, domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, su concepto, cuantía, fechas de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretenda, indicando, si se invocare un privilegio especial, los bienes o derechos a que afecte y, en su caso, los datos registrales, acompañándose en todo caso originales o copias auténticas del título o de los documentos relativos al crédito. 4.º Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador/a y asistidos de Letrado/a (art.º 184.3 Ley Concursal) Palma de Mallorca, 9 de marzo de 2011.- El/la Secretario/a Judicial.
