Anuncia: Que el procedimiento concursal número Apertura Sección 332.05/2009 referente al concursado Tecnologías Constructivas Roquetas, S.L., con C.I.F.B-04522801, por auto de fecha 14 de febrero de 2012 ha acordado lo siguiente: 1. Dejar sin efecto la fase de convenio acordada por auto de 22 de diciembre de 2011, por no haberse presentado ninguna propuesta. 2. Dejar sin efecto, consecuentemente, el señalamiento de la Junta de Acreedores para el día 17 de febrero de 2010. 3. Abrir, de oficio, la fase de liquidación, conforme a lo ordenado en los articulos 114.3 y 143.1.º de la LC. 4. Se declara el cese de los administradores de la sociedad concursada, que serán sustituidos por la administracion concursal, sin perjuicio de continuar aquéllos en la representación de la concursada en el procedimiento y en los incidentes en los que sea parte.
