D.ª Marta María Martínez González, Secretaria Judicial de Juzgado de 1.ª Instancia e Instrucción n.º 2 y Mercantil de Cuenca, por el presente, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Sección I Declaración Concurso 0000416 /2014 y NIG 16078 41 1 2014 0001873, se ha dictado, en fecha 1 de septiembre de 2014, Auto de Declaración de Concurso Necesario Ordinario del deudor Taran Sport 2000, S.L., con CIF n.º B-16189615, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en C/ General Emilio Villaescusa, n.º 14, 16400 Tarancón (Cuenca). 2º.- Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. Se ha designado, como administración concursal a Dña. Nagore Caro Fernández, con DNI: 18597517Q, con domicilio postal en C/ Orense, n.º 25, 4.º B, 28020 de Madrid, y dirección electrónica:[email protected], señalada para que los acreedores, a su elección, efectúen la comunicación de créditos. 3º.- Igualmente, se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración Concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la LC, a la dirección postal o electrónica indicadas en el punto anterior, en el plazo de un mes a partir de la última fecha de publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 4º.- Las resoluciones que traigan causa del concurso se publicarán en la dirección electrónica del Registro Público Concursal.
