Edicto Don/Doña Ana Eisman Curto, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado Mercantil 1 Barcelona Hace saber: Que en los autos con N.I.G. 08019-47-1-2013-8000943 y nº 145/2013A se ha declarado el concurso voluntario principal de Tanatorios y Sistemas S.L. fecha 11/3/13 de con C.I.F. nº B60550233 y domicilio en C. Carabela la niña, 22-24, Local 2 de Barcelona, en el que se ha decretado Intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición, que se tramitará por los cauces del procedimiento Abreviado. El administrador concursal es D./D.ª Manuel Matesanz Sánchez, con domicilio en Rambla de Catalunya 18, 6º 08007 de Barcelona y correo electrónico [email protected]. Conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal los acreedores de la concursada deberán poner sus créditos en conocimiento de la administración concursal en el domicilio sito en Rambla de Catalunya 18, 6º 08007 de Barcelona, o por medios electrónicos. La comunicación deberá efectuarse en el plazo de Un Mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOE y expresará el nombre, domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, su concepto, cuantía, fechas de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretenda.
