Edicto Don Luis Miguel Gonzalo Capellín, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado Mercantil n.º 1 de Barcelona, Por el presente hago saber: Que en el concurso voluntario tramitado bajo el n.º 670/2008 - B, de la entidad mercantil SUPERCOLOR, S.A., con CIF n.º A08387722, se ha dictado auto de fecha 13 de mayo pe 2016, en el cual se acuerda la conclusión del presente concurso por insuficiencia de bienes de la concursada, acordándose asimismo la extinción y cancelación de la inscripción registral de la concursada SUPERCOLOR, S.A., así como la inscripción de conclusión del concurso y la extinción de la sociedad en el Registro público correspondiente y la publicación de dicha resolución en el BOE. Igualmente, en dicho auto se acuerda el cese de la Administración Concursal desde la publicación del mismo, aprobando la rendición de cuentas formulada por la administración concursal.
