Doña Pilar Solanot García, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Alicante, por el presente, Atentamente saludo y participo: Hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se tramita Concurso de Acreedores del deudor Stock Sintetic, S.L., con CI.F. número B-53320966 y domicilio en la calle Doctor Caro, n.º 85, 5.ª de Elche, en cuyo seno se ha dictado con fecha 24 de julio de 2013 auto, que tiene el carácter de firme a efectos registrales, y cuya parte dispositiva es del tenor literal: "Acuerdo: 1.- Concluir el presente procedimiento concursal por estar en el supuesto de inexistencia de bienes y derechos para atender los créditos contra la masa. 2.- Cesar las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistente, salvo las que estén contenidas en la sentencia firme de calificación. 3.- Dar curso a la extinción de la entidad y el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en los registros públicos que corresponda, a cuyo efecto expídanse los correspondiente mandamientos, firme la resolución, adjuntándose a los mismos testimonio de la presente resolución. 4.- Aprobar la rendición de cuentas de la administración concursal. 5.- La presente resolución una vez firme se notificará mediante comunicación personal que acredite su recibo o por los medios a que se refiere el primer párrafo del artículo 23.1 de esta Ley y se dará a la misma la publicidad prevista en el artículo 24.
