    Don Jorge Víctor Iglesias de Baya, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Valencia, de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 21 y 23 de la Ley Concursal, por el presente doy la publicidad ordenada al auto de declaración de concurso dictado en este Juzgado y hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se tramitan autos de procedimiento concursal abreviado voluntario 549/09, habiéndose dictado en fecha 4 de noviembre de 2009 por el Ilmo. Sr. Magistrado-Juez auto de declaración de concurso de acreedores de Spanish Onions, S.L., Onions Trading, S.L. y Enrique Cambres, S.L. con domicilio todos ellos en Ctra. de Liria a Villamarchante km 1 Comarcal 3322 Liria (Valencia) y CIF B-46734083, B-96169719 y B-96496997, inscrita en el Registro Registro Mercantil de esta provincia, causando la inscripción 1ª al Folio 109 del Tomo 2.899, Sección General, Libro 215, Hoja V-3159; causando la Inscripción 1ª, al Folio 120 del Tomo 4.558, Sección General, Libro 1.869, Hoja V-27352; y causando la inscripción 1ª, al Folio 166 del Tomo 5.437, Sección General, Libro 2.744, Hoja V-46666, respectivamente. Que se ha acordado la intervención de las funciones de disposición y administración de la concursada, que quedarán sometidas a la autorización o conformidad de la administración concursal designada. Y de conformidad con lo ordenado, se expide el presente edicto para general llamamiento de lo acreedores del concursado a fin de que en el plazo de un mes desde la publicación acordada en el BOE, puedan comunicar sus créditos a los efectos de su inclusión en la lista de acreedores y ulterior reconocimiento y clasificación en los términos indicados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
