Edicto Don José Antonio Rincón Mora, Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 212/09, por auto de trece de mayo de 2009, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Soprobhebo, S.L., con CIF B-83256727 y domicilio en Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid), en la Avenida de la Sierra de Guadarrama, sin número, plan parcial S IV, La Pasada, y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Madrid. Segundo.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administrador concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado en forma gratuita.
