El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma de Mallorca, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto el el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 361/2009, por auto de 14 de Octubre de 2009 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario abreviado al deudor Son Morey de Mallorca Sociedad Limitada, con CIF B-57098451 y con domicilio en Camino de Jesús 44 de Palma. Segundo.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
