Edicto Don Emilio José Zornoza Arana, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 3 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento Concurso Abreviado 732/2010 referente a la mercantil SOLUCIONES LOGÍSTICAS AL NETWORK, S.L., con CIF n.º B-81595597, por auto de fecha 08/01/2021 se ha acordado la conclusión y archivo del mismo por insuficiencia de la masa activa para la satisfacción de los créditos contra la masa. 176 bis 2 y 3. 2.º Cesan las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistentes, salvo las que se contengan en la sentencia firme de calificación en su caso. 3.º Tratándose en este caso de una persona jurídica, procede conforme a lo ordenado en el art 178.3, declarar su extinción.
