Andrés Prada Horche, Secretario Judicial de Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 2 de Oviedo, por el presente, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Declaración Concurso 12/12 del deudor Sodes Mantenimiento, S.A., CIF A33562125, con domicilio social en Los Campos- Bobes Siero, provincia de Asturias se ha dictado en fecha 23 de marzo de 2012 auto cuyo parte dispositiva dice: Primero.- Se declara la competencia territorial de este Juzgado para conocer del concurso solicitado por el Procurador Sra. Gota en nombre y representación de Sodes Mantenimiento, S.A. Segundo.- Se declara en concurso, que tiene carácter de voluntario, de Sodes Mantenimiento, S.A. Tercero.- Se acuerda la conclusión del concurso de Sodes Mantenimiento, S.A., por insuficiencia de la masa activa. Cuarto.- Se acuerda la extinción de la mercantil Sodes Mantenimiento, S.A. Quinto.- Se acuerda el libramiento de mandamiento por duplicado al Registro Mercantil con testimonio de la presente resolución, y que será diligenciado por el procurador instante de este expediente para la cancelación de la inscripción de la concursada en el citado Registro.
