Don Cristo Jonay Pérez Riverol, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número uno de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Por el presente, se hace saber, que en el procedimiento concursal número 6/2005, seguido en virtud de la declaración de concurso de Servicio Regular Gomera, Sociedad Limitada, CIF B38320487, se ha dictado auto en fecha 20 de septiembre de 2011 por la Ilustrísima Magistrada-Juez Doña Ana Fernández de Arranz cuya Parte Dispositiva es del tenor literal siguiente: Se declara la finalización de la fase común del concurso y la apertura de la fase de convenio. Se convoca a los acreedores de la lista del informe de la administración concursal a la junta que tendrá lugar en la sala de visitas de este juzgado el próximo día 12 de diciembre de 2011, a las diez horas. Fórmese la sección quinta, que comprenderá todo lo relativo a la fase de convenio.
