Edicto Doña María José Hompanera González, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado Mercantil número 6 de Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos que se siguen en este Juzgado con el número 727/2009 se ha declarado, mediante auto de fecha 9 de noviembre de 2009, el concurso voluntario de Sertralum-02, Sociedad Limitada, con NIF B62647482 y domicilio en calle Química, 8 de Mollet del Vallés (Barcelona), en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio, que se tramitará por los cauces del concurso abreviado. Los acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará al Servicio Común Mercantil, sito en la Ronda de Sant Pere, 41, 5ª planta, de Barcelona, en el plazo de quince días, a contar desde la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado del presente edicto, firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende. Se deberán acompañar originales o copias auténticas del título o de los documentos relativos al crédito. Los acreedores tienen derecho a comparecer y personarse en las actuaciones, designando Abogado y Procurador que les defienda y represente, salvo que pretendan exclusivamente comunicar sus créditos o asistir a juntas, debiendo efectuar en su caso la personación en el indicado Servicio Común de los Juzgados Mercantiles.
