Integral, S.L.U., con CIF. n.º B-84147362, así como el cese de los Administradores Concursales don Carlos del Arco Herrero, don Juan Carlos Carazo Fernández y don Antonio Moreno Rodríguez. 2.º Asimismo, se ha aprobado la rendición de cuentas presentada por la Administración Concursal. 3.º Se acuerda la extinción de la mercantil concursada y se dispone el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid.
