Edicto. Don José Tronchoni Albert, Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Pontevedra, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 442/2009, por auto de 19 de febrero de 2010 se ha declarado en concurso necesario al deudor "Rustihogar 2003, Sociedad Limitada", con código de identificación fiscal B-36.430.783 y domicilio en calle Orense número 2, bajo, 36700 Tui (Pontevedra), o en la calle Anta, 45, Areas, Tui (Pontevedra) y que coincide con el centro de sus principales intereses. Segundo.- Que se suspende al deudor de las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, siendo sustituidas éstas por la administración concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de un mes a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado" y en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado. Cuarto.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 Ley Concursal).
