Edicto D/Dña Ramiro Monforte Altaba, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil núm. 1 de Castellón, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, hago saber: Primero: Que por auto de fecha 9 de enero de 2012, dictado en el procedimiento de concurso n.º 848/11, N.I.G. del procedimiento número 12040-66-2-2011-0001019 seguido en este Juzgado, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario y abreviado al/la deudor/a "Rotodis-CIV, S.L." con domicilio en Carretera Ulldecona, 0.300 en Vinaroz (Castellón) y C.I.F./D.N.I. número B-12223863. Segundo: Que dicho deudor conserva sus facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero: Se ha designado Administrador Concursal a don Rafael Quiles Asensi, con domicilio en c/ Guitarrista Fortea, 15, de Castellón y dirección electrónica [email protected], a través de los cuales podrán los acreedores, a su elección, efectuar la comunicación de sus créditos de conformidad con el artículo 85 LC.
