Edicto D. Alfonso José Moreno Moreno, secretario Judicial del Jdo. 1.ª Inst. e Instrucción n.º 1 y de lo Mercantil de Toledo, por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el número 190/2013 y nig nº 45168 41 1 2013/0010278 se ha dictado en fecha 03/07/2013 Auto de declaración de concurso voluntario del deudor Rodríguez Paris e hijos, S.L. con C.I.F. B45516291 cuyo domicilio social lo tiene en C/ Doctor Fleming, Polígono Industrial Torrehierro, Autovía N-V, km. 125,400, de Talavera de la Reina (Toledo). 2.º Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio por la Administración concursal. Se ha designado, como administrador concursal al abogado D. Emilio Fernando Gutiérrez Gracia y como auxiliar delegado a la mercantil "A B Asesores Concursales y Laborales, S.L.", quienes han señalado como domicilio postal C/ Carreteros, 1, planta 1.ª, -45003- Toledo y dirección electrónica [email protected] para que los acreedores, a su elección, efectúen la comunicación de créditos. 3.º Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la LC, a la dirección postal o electrónica indicadas en el punto anterior en el plazo de un mes a partir de día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín oficial del Estado. 4.º Las resoluciones que traigan causa del concurso de publicaran en la siguiente dirección electrónica del Registro Público Concursal.
