El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Pamplona/Iruña, Anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 0000190/2014, referente al concursado Ríos Renovables Exrtemeños, S.L., con CIF: B-06603419, con domicilio en polígono industrial Santos Justo y Pastor, parcela n.º 1.278, de Fustiñana, por auto de fecha 3 de junio de 2014, se ha declarado el concurso y se ha acordado la conclusión del mismo, cuya parte dispositiva dice así: 1.º Declarar el estado de concurso voluntario de Ríos Renovables Extremeños, S.L., y la conclusión del concurso por inexistencia de masa activa. Librar certificación de la presente resolución, llevando el original de la misma al libro de resoluciones definitivas. 2.º Publíquese la declaración y archivo del concurso por medio de edictos en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado y en el Registro Público concursal. 3.º Se acuerda la extinción de la referida mercantil Ríos Renovables Extremeños, S.L., y la cancelación de su inscripción en el Registro Mercantil de Navarra, a cuyo efecto expídase mandamiento con testimonio de la presente resolución, una vez que sea firme.
