Edicto. Doña María Asunción González Elías, Secretaria del Juzgado de 1.ª Instancia n.º 6 de Logroño y de lo Mercantil de La Rioja, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23.1 y 177.3 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento número 443/2007, por auto de fecha 27 de octubre se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso seguido sobre la mercantil "Rioja-Stone Natural System. S.L.U.", con C.I.F. B-26363663, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de La Rioja al tomo 560, folio 100, hoja n.º LO-9.208, y con domicilio social en Logroño, calle Vara de Rey, n.º 9, 6.º I. Asimismo se ha acordado el archivo de las actuaciones por inexistencia de bienes y derechos del concursado con los que satisfacer a los acreedores, sin haber declaración de responsabilidad de terceros. 2.º Se ha aprobado la rendición de cuentas presentada en su día por la administración concursal de la concursada. 3.º La deudora queda responsable del pago de los créditos no satisfechos. Asimismo, los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o se declare uno nuevo. 4.º Se acuerda además la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de "Rioja-Stone Natural System, S.L.U.", cuyos datos arriba mencionados se dan por reproducidos, disponiendo el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. 5.º A la conclusión del concurso se le da la misma publicidad que cuando se decretó, publicando el correspondiente edicto en el tablón de anuncios del Juzgado, así como en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado".
