El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Palma de Mallorca, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 81/09, por auto 25 de mayo de 2009, se ha declarado en concurso abreviado (necesario) deudor Rimuzar Grup, S.L. (CIF B-07999949), con domicilio calle Murta, número 48 - Palma de Mallorca. Segundo.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de 15 días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado con carácter gratuito.
