Maria del Carmen Oria Fernandez, Secretaria del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 6 de Madrid, anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento concursal número 536/2007 referente al concursado Ribel, S.A. CIF A78811676, y a los efectos previstos en el artículo 177 de la Ley Concursal en relación con el 23 del mismo cuerpo legal, se ha dictado auto de fecha 18 de Junio de 2009 cuyo fallo es del siguiente tenor literal: "DEBO DECLARAR Y DECLARO LA CONCLUSIÓN DEL CONCURSO VOLUNTARIO ABREVIADO DE LA MERCANTIL RIBEL, S.A., CIF A 78811676, seguido en este Juzgado de lo Mercantil con el n.º 536/07 a instancias de dicha sociedad Y EL ARCHIVO DE LAS ACTUACIONES por inexistencia de bienes y derechos de la concursada ni de terceros responsables con los que satisacer a los acreedores. Declaro el CESE de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposicion de la deudora concursada hasta ahora subsistentes. Declaro el cese de la administracion concursal, integrada por el economista don Rubén García-Quismondo Pereda, cuyas circunstancias constan en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid (Tomo 4445 Libro 0, folio 146, seccion 8, Hoja M73660, A. Fecha: 27 de septiembre de 2007. Conforme al artículo 178 de la Ley Concursal, se acuerda la extinción de la mercantil concursada y se dispone el cierre de su hoja de inscripcion en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid, a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento conteniendo el testimonio de esta resolución una vez firme. Hágase público, igualmente, el presente auto de conclusión y archivo por medio de edictos, que se insertarán con la mayor urgencia en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado y el el Boletín Oficial del Estado, en la forma y con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 23 de la Ley Conculsal.
