UNIPERSONAL, así como la inscripción de conclusión de concurso y la extinción de la sociedad en el Registro público correspondiente y la publicación de dicha resolución en el BOE. Igualmente en dicho Auto se acuerda el cese de la Administración concursal desde la firmeza del mismo, aprobando la rendición de cuentas formulada por la Administración Concursal.
