Edicto Doña M.ª Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Secretaria del Juzgado Mercantil número 1 de Oviedo, Hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se tramita procedimiento concursal número 108/11 (NIG 33044 47 1 2011 0000126), relativo al deudor PROVINOR, S.L., con CIF B-74107368, en el cual con fecha 26/02/14, se ha dictado Providencia anunciando la presentación, por parte de la Administración Concursal de los Textos Definitivos. Se acuerda igualmente en dicha resolución que se anuncie su presentación por medio de edicto a publicar en el BOE y en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado, y que las discrepancias con el contenido de los Textos Definitivos respecto a la inclusión de créditos posteriores (art. 96 bis de la Ley Concursal) o modificación o sustitución del acreedor inicial en la lista de acreedores (art. 87.8) se tramitarán por los cauces del incidente concursal previsto en el art. 96 bis 3 de la Ley Concursal.
