Doña María Luisa Pariente Vellisca Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 11 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1º Que en el procedimiento n.º 50/09 por auto de fecha 19 de noviembre de 2009 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Proinvenio, S.L, con C.I.F.: B-82059726 y con domicilio en la calle Miguel Yuste n.º 29, portal B, 1.ª planta, P. 33, 28037 de Madrid. 2º Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
