Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de A Coruña, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, Anuncia Que en el procedimiento Concurso Abreviado 401/2011-j, por auto de uno de septiembre de 2014 se ha acordado la conclusión y archivo del proceso concursal de la entidad deudora Prefhorvisa Candame, Sociedad Limitada, con CIF B-15.469.836, domiciliada en Lugar de Candame-Arteixo (A Coruña), por fin de la fase de liquidación y archivar las presentes actuaciones con los siguientes efectos: 1.-Cesarán las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor. 2.-El deudor quedará responsable del pago de los créditos restantes y los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso. 3.-Procederá la extinción de la entidad Prefhorvisa Candame, Sociedad Limitada, con CIF B-15.469.836, y el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil a cuyo efecto expídase mandamiento por duplicado al Registro Mercantil de A Coruña. Y aprobar la rendición de cuentas presentada por la Administración concursal, que cesará en el cargo, con devolución de la acreditación, a la firmeza de esta resolución. La presente resolución se notificará mediante comunicación personal que acredite su recibo o por los medios a que se refiere el primer párrafo del artículo 23.1 Ley Concursal y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
