Edicto Don José Tronchoni Albert, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Pontevedra, por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Sección I Declaración de Concurso 94/2013 y NIG n.º 36038 47 1 2013/0000148, se ha dictado en fecha 6 de mayo de 2013, auto de declaración de concurso voluntario del deudor Preconme Tomiño, S.L., con CIF n.º B-36408342, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Pontevedra al tomo 2.767, libro 2.767, folio 125, sección 8, hoja PO-31191, inscripción 1.ª y domicilio social en Barrantes, O Pazo s/n, 36740- Tomiño. 2.º Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición que ejercerá la administración concursal.
