Edicto Doña María Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Oviedo, por el presente, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este Juzgado con el número 216/2010 se ha dictado en fecha 29 de junio de 2010 Auto de Declaración de Concurso Voluntario de Pragarra Sociedad Limitada, con CIF: B-74086893, domicilio social sito en Madrid, calle Menorca, 40, local A, y cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene fundamentalmente en Mieres, Riosa y Laviana. 2º.- Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. 3º.- Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración Concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar desde la publicación de anuncio en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, sin perjuicio de que se haya ordenado también su publicación en el diario La Nueva España. 4º.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de procurador y asistidos de letrado (artículo 184.3 Ley Concursal) Oviedo, 29 de junio de 2010.- La Secretaria Judicial.
