Águeda Reyes Almeida, Letrada de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado Mercantil Nº 1 de Las Palmas, por el presente HACE SABER 1.- Que en el procedimiento concursal número 381/2019, se ha dictado en fecha 11 de julio de 2019 auto declarando el concurso de la mercantil POLICESHOP, natural de Las Palmas de G.C. con CIF B-62790431, que se tramitará por las normas del procedimiento ordinario, y en el que se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado respecto de su patrimonio. 2.- Que se ha designado como administrador concursal a D. GUILLERMO MARRERO DE LA NUEZ, con DNI 44715439N, quien ha señalado como domicilio postal Avda.
