Zalla (Bizkaia). Segundo. Que en la misma resolución se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de la masa. Tercero. Se ha acordado la extinción de la persona jurídica deudora, procediendo el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento al citado Registro.
