Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Sevilla, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento número 126/2007-9, por Auto de fecha 18 de mayo de 2015, se ha dictado Auto de conclusión del concurso, correspondiente al deudor: OBRAS Y PROYECTOS ATENEA, S.L., con CIF número B91456079 y el cierre de su hoja en el Registro Mercantil y en los demás públicos que corresponda. Expídase mandamiento al Registro Mercantil para su constancia. Dicha declaración de extinción no ha de impedir la subsistencia de su personalidad jurídica para plantear o mantener demandas judiciales en reclamación de los créditos que ostente o crea que le asistan contra otros terceros. con CIF número B91456079. La parte dispositiva de la citada resolución, en estracto, dice lo siguiente: Parte dispositiva Acuerdo: 1) La conclusión del proceso concursal de OBRAS Y PROYECTOS ATENEA, S.L., con CIF número B91456079, llevado en este mismo Juzgado con el n.º 126/2007.
