Don Jorge Víctor Iglesias de Baya, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Valencia, de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 21 y 23 de la Ley Concursal, por el presente doy la publicidad ordenada al auto de declaración de concurso dictado en este Juzgado y hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se tramitan autos de concurso ordinario voluntario n.º 1117/12, habiéndose dictado en fecha 17 de septiembre de 2012 por el Ilmo. Sr. Magistrado-Juez auto de declaración de concurso de acreedores de Nodocero, S.L., con domicilio en Avenida Doctor Waksman, n.º 65, Valencia, y CIF n.º B97092431, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de esta Provincia, al tomo 6903, libro 4206, sección 8.ª, folio 166, hoja registral V-77.663 y por el que se ha acordado haber lugar a la conclusión del concurso por inexistencia de bienes y al archivo de las actuaciones, habiéndose declarado la extinción de la mercantil mencionada y el cierre de la hoja de su inscripción en los Registros Públicos que corresponda, conforme al art. 176 bis de la Ley Concursal, pudiendo interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días los terceros legitimados a partir de la publicación de este edicto en el BOE. Y de conformidad con lo ordenado se expide el presente edicto para conocimiento de los acreedores y demás interesados. Valencia, 17 de septiembre de 2012.- El Secretario Judicial.
