Doña Concepción Álvarez García, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de 1.ª Instancia e Instrucción n.º 1 y de lo Mercantil de Toledo, por el presente, Hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º sección I declaración Concurso 115/2013 y NIG 45168 41 1 2013/0008553, se ha dictado en fecha 03/06/2013 auto de declaración de Concurso Voluntario del deudor Muebles Navamuel, S.L., con B-45343639, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Polígono Industrial parcelas 15-16, de Pulgar (Toledo). 2.º Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición que seguirá ejerciendo el deudor. Se ha designado, como administración concursal al Abogado Carlos Rossi Lopez Colegiado núm. 708, del Iltre.
