E D I C T O El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de San Sebastián - UPAD Mercantil, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 689/2020 en el que figura como concursado Mensajeria Junec S.L., CIF B20790523, se ha dictado el 23.11.20 auto que declara el concurso y acuerda su conclusión y el archivo de las actuaciones por insuficiencia de la masa activa. La misma resolución ha decretado el cese de las limitaciones que pudieran quedar subsistentes en cuanto a las facultades de administración y de disposición del deudor y el cese de la Administración Concursal.
