Edicto Don Andrés Prada Horche, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº1 de Oviedo, por el presente, Hago saber: Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el nº 189/17 y NIG 33044 47 1 2017 0000393, siendo la concursada MENFULSER S.L., el Sr. Magistrado Alfonso Muñoz Paredes ha dictado auto en fecha 18/12/17, que no es firme, en el que se acuerda declarar el concurso voluntario de MENFULSER S.L., con CIF: B-74326943, acordando al propio tiempo su conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa y la extinción de la persona jurídica concursada, no obstante lo cual, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos existentes. El referido Auto indica igualmente que contra dicha resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a contar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación.
