Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 6 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1°.- Que en el procedimiento número 1288/2018, por Auto dictado en fecha 23 de octubre de 2018. se ha declarado en concurso voluntario a la mercantil MEETING LEATHER S.L., con CIF: B86054871. 2°.- Que la mercantil MEETING LEATHER S.L. conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio. 3°.- Se acuerda, simultáneamente a lo anterior, la CONCLUSIÓN DEL CONCURSO por la causa 3.ª del apartado 1.º del art. 176.bis L.Co. 4º.- Se acuerda el cese de todas las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor que pudieran derivarse de la presente declaración de concurso; sin que haya lugar al cese de Administrador Concursal al no haber sido designado. 5º.- Se declara la subsistencia de la responsabilidad de la concursada respecto al pago de los créditos restantes; pudiendo los acreedores iniciar acciones declarativas y ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso; 6º.- Se acuerda la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la sociedad concursada.
