Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Bilbao, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento número 220/2015, NIG n.º 48.04.2-15/007136, por auto de 15 de abril de 2015 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Masterjai, Sociedad Limitada, con CIF B95506671, con domicilio en calle Ermodo, número 20, planta 5.ª, Durango, y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Durango. 2.º Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas estas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3.º Que la administración concursal está integrada por la entidad ILP Concursal, S.L.P., quien designa al abogado José Luis Cobo Aragoneses, DNI 045745302, con domicilio a efecto de notificaciones en Madrid, paseo de la Castellana, número144-3.º, email: [email protected] 4.º Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
