El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Pontevedra, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 102/2010, por auto de 4 de mayo de 2010 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario abreviado al deudor Marinships, Sociedad Limitada con Código de Identificación Fiscal B36365559 y domicilio en Puerto Pesquero, Muelle de Reparaciones s/n Marín. Segundo.- El deudor conservará las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio, quedando sometido el ejercicio de éstas a la intervención de los administradores concursales, mediante su autorización o conformidad. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en el plazo de 1 mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado del auto de declaración del concurso, conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 y en la forma prevista en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal.
