El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Pontevedra, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 136/2008 referente al concursado "Maiques Vigo, Sociedad Limitada", con código de identificación fiscal B-36626612, por auto de fecha 4 de octubre de 2012 se ha acordado lo siguiente: Parte dispositiva: 1. Se decreta la conclusión, por finalización de la fase de liquidación, del presente concurso de acreedores de "Maiques Vigo, Sociedad Limitada", con código de identificación fiscal B-36342533, con domicilio en Meaño (Pontevedra), parroquia de Xil, lugar de O Pazo, número 31, A, con los efectos legales inherentes. 2. Cesan las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor. 3. Se aprueba la rendición de cuentas formulada por la administración concursal y el cese de los Administradores concursales. 4. Se acuerda la extinción de la sociedad "Maiques Vigo, Sociedad Limitada", y se dispone la cancelación de su inscripción en el Registro Mercantil y demás registros públicos que corresponda a cuyo efecto se expedirá mandamiento conteniendo testimonio de la resolución firme. 5. Notifíquese esta resolución a todas las partes personadas y a la administración concursal. Publíquese en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado" y en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado. 6. Únase testimonio al expediente y llévese el original al legajo correspondiente. Modo de impugnación: Contra la presente resolución no cabe recurso alguno (artículo 177 de la Ley Concursal).
